Online Application

All applicants should register and submit online applications via the HKUST(GZ) Online Application System before 1 May 2023. Applications received after this date will only be considered if there are places available.

The online application fee is CNY150 for 2023/24 entry. Please note that the application fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable irrespective of whether the application is successful or not.

Post-submission

Applications are reviewed individually and holistically on a rolling basis. After the overall review, shortlisted applicants will be invited for an online interview via email. Applicants will be notified of admissions decisions via email. To accept HKUST(GZ)’s offer and secure a place at HKUST(GZ), you must pay a deposit (RMB4,000) by the acceptance deadline (usually within about 2-3 weeks).
